Activity Dom fist house in Russia build on principles of Active House Alliance to get balance between energy saving, indoor climate, environment with main focus on health and comfort of the people. Show to Russain society the first example of smart energysaving house in Russian conditions. For two months will be open for visits. 12 month monitoring period. The guest family will live in the house during that period

Ressource efficiency and environmental impact

 It is high insulating building, with automation of the temperature control separate for the rooms, smart natural ventilation and solar shadowing, energy recuperation, solar heat, photovoltaic, heat pump, geothermal energy.

Economic lifecycle perfomance

 40% of matereals are wooden.

Contextual performance and impact

The first project in Russia which includes all energy saving technologies in one house,all of them work in synergy.  The aim is to show how newest energy saving technologies work in cental Russia conditions.
